As a researcher, college educator, and consultant Dr. Stokke works with individuals and organizations to develop and harness global mindset for success in the global marketplace. Additionally, she helps organizations identify potential global leaders and global team members, as well as coach expatriates in transitioning between the home country and the host country and back again.
Dr. Stokke has conducted research on Adult Third Culture Kids: Potential global leaders with global mindset. This study explored the propensity of TCKs to think and act globally, potentially giving them a competitive edge in the global business environment. She was chosen as a Pollock Scholar in 2013 by Families in Global Transitions organization (FIGT). In March 2014 she presented her research at the FIGT conference in Tyson’s Corner, Virginia, and in April at the Tobias Leadership Conference in Indianapolis, Indiana.
